First Order Updates of December

Hi everyone!!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend.  My husband Paul and I spent a few days in Brooklyn and it was a busy 48 hours.  We went to the Mugler exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum and it was absolutely beautiful!!  I was able to see so many of my favorite pieces IRL and will post them soon.  Mugler & McQueen are my top designers forever.  If you are able to, I highly recommend seeing the exhibition too!

I sent out an order update email to every customer earlier this week.  I wanted to make sure that everyone knows to check my biweekly blog posts for faster order updates.  I'm glad that many of you are finding this a convenient method to keep up with my productivity.

I'm bummed about having to pause a majority of my projects due to fabric supplier issues, but I'm still on the hunt to find new vendors.  My first few hybrid designs will be released in January.  I'll have a tutorial for these styles and will be accepting limited made-to-order quantities for these only.  I've been dying to get better control of my handmade order queues and setting limits are my top 2023 goal.  

My next few blog posts will be featuring all of my favorite sewing supplies and my current collection of sewing machines.  I'm more than happy to share my sewing tips and tutorials.  I want to keep my sewing content free and accessible to everyone so now you can support me through some of my first batch of affiliate links (Amazon).  December is the best time to stock up on sewing supplies and machines.  The best deals are happening now to clear out extra inventory and I'll have a huge list of my recommendations.  So if you're interested in learning how to sew your own clothes or even start a handmade business...keep up with my next few blog posts.
