Happy Valentine's Day + Order Updates

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! 💕

This week is all about catching up after finally shaking off that awful flu that had me down for over two weeks—feels so good to be back!

Yesterday was a special day for me—Agashi turned 12 years old! 🎉 I celebrated quietly in the best way possible: by doing what I love—sewing your orders. It felt like the perfect way to honor this journey, reflecting on how far my brand has come and the amazing support from all of you. Thank you for being part of this ride! 🖤

On another exciting note, I just earned my ADP Payroll Specialist certification! 🥳 This is just the first of many, with more in progress for HRIS, Workday, Bookkeeping, and Data Analytics through Coursera. Learning at my own pace has been such a game-changer, and if you’re thinking about upskilling this year, I highly recommend going for it!

In not-so-great news, Joann Fabric announced a list of store closures, and it’s honestly heartbreaking. So many people rely on these stores for fabric, crafts, and even jobs, and seeing my childhood store—and a few local South Jersey ones—on the list is a tough pill to swallow. I just made my last purchase from the Mount Laurel location, and I’ll be finishing up my Joann Shirred series this spring/summer with the fabric I grabbed. The Cherry Hill store is still around for now, but who knows what inventory will look like moving forward.

And as for TikTok… well, it’s still here (for now?!). The uncertainty around its “ban” is nerve-wracking, but honestly, spending less time doom-scrolling has been the best decision. Social media is a wild ride, but I’m spending less time on it and focusing on what truly brings me joy—finishing my remaining Agashi orders, diving into my online studies, and growing my keyboard collection.
